My new setup: Left to right: Mopar Stage 3 O2 housing (Ported and polished myself), Mopar Stage 3 turbo (TD05HR), new steel wheel from an EVO9 turbo, (Compressor side is for sale), Mopar Stage 3 manifold ported and polished by F&F, 2005 PCM (The 03 PCM is missing some Pids), AGP modified Fuel pump pressure regulator, this will be used in conjunction with my AGP return line (Not pictured) to a 1:1 rising rate pressure. OEM manifold gasket, Xaviar Turbo rebuild kit, and AN fittings for the bottle neck fix. Stay tuned as parts come in the mail.
I am headed to the turbo shop for a rebuild tomorrow morning, if all goes well I will begin the install on Saturday morning. This will be a pump gas car, untill I get the FRL. Once the return line and bottle neck fix is done, I plan on breaking the 400 Hp mark. I plan on tuning to a mild AFR on 24psi.

So the turbo was a bit worse than I knew. The compressor was bent a tiny tiny tiny tiny bot, but the shop fixed it. Here's the old turbine:
The turbine was actually about One one-thousandth of an inch different in shaft diameter on one part, the shop owner showed me it. He said it wont last very long. IDK how long that will be. I'll source another turbine later. He said it may even be a bit smaller of a difference than that thousandth. He machined the bearing housing a tiny bit because I guess it needed it. There were a few parts that were not the same in the rebuild kit. Luckily he had the parts that I needed in stock. I am good to go now.

dam looking good, and crazy build, 400hp [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] fucking crazy, people might think its easy or a quick step up or even nothing but its more than one can handle. people over think the numbers, 400+ doesnt seem like a lot but for a dd, you got a monster car going 100+ fast!!
and its a good thing you know your way around your car and where to go, you got good sources on where to go to get your things done like the turbo
just wondering is your tranny stock or rebuilt? on my wrx 400 hp and tq will only last maybe 6 months if im really really lucky, id have to reinforce or even do a sti tranny swap

Its funny too who you speak to about power. To my friend with a Mustang 400 Hp ain't nothing, but then I tell him my car only weights 2900 lbs and he changes his mood
My trans is stock, with the exception of third gear extender. It doesn't change RPM's or MPH, rather, it puts the shift fork further into third gear, preventing grinding and pop out, which is VERY common in an SRT.
We got lucky when Crysler gave us the T850 for a transmission. Its a german transmission from a Dodge Sprinter. Its HELLA strong, but I have broken a few things in it, and I have rebuilt two so far. I have another I need to rebuild, just havent got around to it.

+1 on your build and where you getting your dyno done?
and how do you get the e85? or do you have something set on ur ecu to set it on e85 then you do something like triple pump your gas pedal and it sets to 91, herd about this on some cars that can run both gas types

I do my tuning "off dyno." The only thing I really need a dyno for is timing advance on E85. I can dial it in where I think it should be, but only a dyno wilol tell me the real best spot.
I am not too familiar with other cars settings, but that sounds like a factory feature. Pretty cool soundina actually. I have a Diablosport Predator. It'ss a hand held flash tuner and datalogger. I have a custom tune made specifically for me to run E85 or 91. When I switch to E85 I drain and fill the tank, and flash the E85 rescale to my cars computer. When I switch back, I do the same with the 91 tune.
I can run either fuel without flashing the tunem, but the car will not run right. I can run a mix with no difficulty.
The timing advance, evaperative cooling, and steam effect of the E85 is incomperable to any other fuel. This shit is magic unicorn gas!

Thanks man. The car has been on some jacks for a while. Hopefully today I finish it. I had to install a new clutch,a and drivers side axle.
The E85 tune on the stage 3 puts out a shit ton of TQ.
