| He is, I am waiting for him to bring me the rest of the money. I already took it out and put it in a box. I just got him another pail of Methanol for it too.
The DSP is the best man, I can't lie, I love it!
I have the ACT 6 puck sprung, and I love it. It is very strong.

| ay brooo!! fyi 6 puck clutches dont need a break in period!!! only oem shit cuz they ceramic or have organic material,se cristalisan, like when ur hot break padss meet cold puddles.. they start making crazy noises
i dropped a spec 6 puck stg 3 in mine and yes everything is stiffer but with time its all back close to to oem feel.. jajaja okay ganna be a little stiffer
i was 200 miles into my break in period untill i found out!!! and we all know thos 500 miles are the hardest cuz u see all the cars passing u and u know u cant let the boost kick in!!
and well if u dont believe me google it bro!! =) i wouldnt let u throw ur 700 dlls to shits with b.s!! after finding out i fucking riped the shit outta my car and to now i havent had any problems!

| While big_jay is technically correct, there is a little more to the equation than black and white. It should be mentioned than contaminants can cause the clutch dich to slip. Some mechanics get gease, trans fluid, degreaser, or just plain dirt on the clutch sometimes. This can cause a small ammount of slippage, and if you go WOT while this is still able to occur, you take the change of glazeing the friction material, then you have problems. Is it common? No. Is it because of the break in periods people perform on their clutches? Yes sir ACT clutches made from organic friction material need break in periods. They are denoted in ACT's product catalog by a 00 or an SS. While the rest of their clutches have recommended break in periods of similar mileages. Though their website might not say it, call them and ask. I understand they do not make 6 puck clutches from organic friction material. For organic street discs "00 and SS" we recommend breaking in the clutch for 200-300 miles with mild engagement such as stop and go city driving prior to racing or spirited driving. ACT race discs usually only require a few hard slips to lap in the surfaces prior to normal driving or racing. Do not overheat the clutch during the break in period. From: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] clutch specifications: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]Maybe its not necessary, but it's not a risk I am willing to take.
