In my case, I bought tickets for Saturday. Convoy is for Saturday early in the morning...

I was suggesting Imperial ave in El Centro, next to I8. In case someone coming from El Centro, Brawley or even Yuma. At least we need to be firm about departure time, like for example 15 min.

Im also leaving Saturday in the morning, IM IN! Just mention time and I'll try to be there

I already had IM conversation about convoy. 5 am is the time to be at 7-Eleven with full tank and ready to depart. I suggest arrive 5 min if you need to refuel or by any grocery for the cruise.

Departure firm at 5:15 at latest. If you don't arrive or nobody arrives, go ahead. I think route will be I8 > I805 > I5 > I405 until reach Long Beach. Details confirmed until next Friday.

I'll be Friday April 5th at In&Out for additional details.

I have a plan to make a reservation at Hooters ( .) (. ) for dinner after the event ends, around 6:00 pm, in case someone wants to join as well or wife let you join. I want to build a tradition like last year ....

Wouldn't it be best if we go through up through brawley? It's only 10 miles of difference and we save the money from the toll.

I dont know how to get there, so ill just follow you evo_jfa.

I suggest if you can paste the link with your suggested directions. I used this route since 2008 when I went to FD for the first time. I selected the option to avoid toll roads, that's why I mentioned 405 only.

Other factor that I'm considering is that we came from south, which change a bit the route that googlemaps use. Open for suggestion, let see what others say next Friday at In&Out. But remember you still not added your name on the list.....

We Going the SD way.. FTW!!

Im familiar with both routes, sd I-8 > i805 > I-5 > I-405 > I-710 is 30mins extra, the Palm Springs way is lonely at 5 or 6am only SD is fresher than going thruu the 10. I go thruu the 10 every weekend so i dont mind the 8 plus if your gonna meet up in centro the I-8 is right there.

Guys, do you have radios?? Suggested avg speed?? How many gopro available for the cruise??
