Hello forum,

Our site will turns 2 years now and what better way to celebrate than with an Official Annual Meet. Built by drivers for the Drivers.
When: November 11th 2012
Were: Stark Field Park 4st, El Centro C.A 92243
Time:Starting at 3pm to sun set.

All cars and styles welcome!!
Family environment no alcohol.

This is the plan.
clean cars, good food, gifts, games, fun and epic cruise on sun set.


Best car styles will receive recognition trophy!


Good food:
We're cleaning the grill and making some smokey hot dogs and what ever we can grill.
We invite you to help us out and bring what ever you like, (charcoal, hot dog buns, wienies, chopped onions or tomatoes, mustard, mayo, pickles, bacon, nacho cheese, ships, sodas, water, ice, plates, cups, napkins etc..) please use this thread to plan out who's bringing what. We really appreciate your support. we are not sponsored or funded in any way. This is Build by the guests for the guests.

Fun:
To keep things fun
Fun games for the drivers. Arm wrestling and Tug O War, free giveaways for those that would like to participate on some of our fun activities. We as well will be having a very cool photo shoot towards the end of the meet.

Epic cruise:
We will end our meet with an epic cruise through our main city's street on sun down.

We need another grill .. If someone can contact chris to see if he will attend. I saw him on FB with a small grill next to him

This year let's bring charcoal and lighter fluid. Last year we had to use oil and rocks (That's sort of a joke, lol) and it took a long time to get the grill going.

I'll man up and bring the lighter fluid.

Can someone bring trash bags?

Keep in mind people this is officialy the second meet ivscene has had!! The other ones were pic-nics. What im trying to say it..................BRING YOUR CAR AS GOOD AS IT CAN BE. Theres goong to be a lot of people taking pictures(me being one of those). If possible too try staying for the cruise so we can represent in a large number!! keep in mind your actions represent the ivscene forum so if you guys want doors open to things dont kill it by miss representing the forum and doing something stupid......i know its hard but try not to.


Keep it up with support guys and girls!! We greatly appreciate what you guys have built this forum to and hopfeully with the forum members support we can make it the best meet and pic nic we have had!!!

Just found out im not working that day. Im going to invite some Coworkers. Ill take a Ice chest with sodas.
