Start off by doing this [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Then when this window opens you click on Browse. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Then you choose your picture you want to upload and click "Open" [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Then this comes up and you click on host. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] When this come up then you highlight the middle one and copy it. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Then you simply paste it here. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
